The problem is that while we’ve been doing a lot of yoga and fitness, we haven’t been doing any of it in the way that good doctors of the world recommend. And so, we are, in fact, putting ourselves in danger.

We need to change our behavior. We need to get rid of the stuff that isn’t working. We need to be consistent with what we want to do as long as we can. We need to get rid of the things that aren’t working because we don’t want to change our behavior.
